At The Clarity Orchard, I help senior leaders and leadership teams in purpose-led organisations build trust, gain clarity, and rediscover joy in leading.

What is GiANT?

GiANT is a leadership development system designed to help people lead with greater self-awareness, stronger communication, and healthier team culture.

GiANT describes its system as being built around four main parts:

  • 5 Voices

  • The Leader’s Toolkit

  • GiANT OS

  • ongoing leadership development pathways

What I value most is that GiANT takes complex leadership issues and makes them easier to see, name, and work on.

It gives leaders and teams tools that are simple enough to use, but deep enough to change how people lead.

The parts of the GiANT system I use most

1. 5 Voices

5 Voices helps people understand how they naturally communicate, contribute, and lead.

It gives leaders language for:

  • how they are wired

  • how they come across to others

  • what happens under pressure

  • how to work better with different kinds of people

GiANT describes 5 Voices as a psychometric that helps reveal how each leader communicates, collaborates, and contributes best.

2. Team Performance

For teams, I use GiANT’s team performance framework to help measure and strengthen five core areas:

  • Communication

  • Relationships

  • Alignment

  • Execution

  • Capacity

This creates a simple way to spot where a team is healthy, where strain is building, and what needs attention next.

3. Altitude

Where longer-term development is needed, I draw on Altitude, GiANT’s structured leadership training course.

GiANT describes Altitude Training as a 51-session course designed for individuals or teams to become healthy leaders through stronger self-awareness, better team dynamics, and practical leadership tools.

4. GiANT OS

Where it fits the context, the work can also be supported through GiANT OS, the platform GiANT uses to house assessments, courses, tools, and team development resources at scale. GiANT presents GiANT OS as the digital platform within its wider leadership system.

How this looks in practice

For individual leaders

We may begin with a 5 Voices assessment and coaching conversation to help you understand how you lead, what pressure is doing to your thinking, and where trust or confidence may be thinning.

For leadership teams

We often begin by looking at voice patterns and team performance across Communication, Relationships, Alignment, Execution, and Capacity, so the team can see what is helping and what is getting in the way.

For longer-term development

Where an organisation wants to grow leaders over time, we can build a wider learning journey using GiANT tools and pathways such as Altitude.
